Were the shingles laid properly?

Today the roofing work was completed on our new building. Since I have a drone, I naturally took a look at it right away :).

The quality of workmanship, especially the ridge shingles and trim over the dormer, seems very strange to me.

It would be great if someone could share their opinion.
