This is the answer to the question Is it a good idea to run a heating cable around the perimeter of the facade between the insulation and the facing brick? Does anyone have this experience?

The idea is delusional, but I did not notice a big contradiction. Problems may arise in the lining, and so the heating of the street in winter time.
And when it burns out, how will you change it?
