I am looking at a house that is very close to the requirements and we want to possibly move in quickly.

The square corner room window is on the west side, we want to place it on the north side (exact reasons are not important yet). The window measures approximately 1.5 m * 1.5 m. The house was built in 1992 and is clinker built, the windows (I think with roller shutters) are made of wood.

Can I have a construction company take it out, move it and put the clinker back in its old place? Of course, you'll see a bit because of the slightly different color of the bricks and joints, but that's fine.

1. Is it possible?

2. Approximate cost if you do this?

3. Is a building permit required?
