Basically, anything is possible. Of course, it would be difficult to get ALL the stones out of there without breaking them. In fact, they are inextricably linked. The other position of the window also means that a new sealant will have to be done there. It's very likely that there will be missing stones there that you probably don't have somewhere nearby.

The new window position should be statically possible as a wall. It may have to be resupported, etc...

Another problem could be the window, who would want to install a 20 year old window elsewhere.

All of this would probably be very expensive, I can hardly estimate it now.

Of course, it would make more sense to install 1 new window.
