There is a building on the site, which is going to make a house, for a long time without a roof (old building) in some places collapsed, cracked, collapsed bricks.

What is the best way to strengthen, caulk the walls?

Someone advises to plaster, to strengthen only one corner, someone planted on the tile adhesive, add bricks and make a facade of fiber cement. I want to make sure that in a year or two everything will not fall off.
