How to level the floor on a cracked screed?

There is a raw screed of a warm floor, 7 months old, all cracked, with a light buildup, not sanded. The cracks were filled with PVA and dabbed with a mixture of tile adhesive and PVA. The screed is immovable. I plan to level the floor with a top coat, and primed it before pouring.

Does the screed work well in the areas where the joints were coated with tile adhesive + PVA?
