We settled on 90cm, also because it would have been quite difficult from a space-technical standpoint with one door or the other. So far, I don't miss it.
It all depends on what you're hoping for. For me, 1m wide doors only make sense if the rest of the room is also big enough. A large door that I can easily drive a wheelchair/wheelchair through doesn't make sense if I can't turn around in a 2m² toilet.
