Wooden floor or porcelain stoneware floor with heating system?

I'm hesitant about which floor to install – wood or porcelain tile heated flooring. I understand that when the heat is on, a tile floor will be better, but since I'm obviously not going to keep the heat on all day, a wood floor will provide me with a warmer temperature the rest of the time. So I don't know to what extent I should do a heated floor.

I would like to know your opinion on this.
