I do not think that the mobile home and the new house will have the same measurements. If you mount the mobilhome where the house is going to be, the installations will probably not coincide either, you may have to make a sanitary slab and you will have to make an over-excavation, etc.
At first glance I think it would be better to leave free the space where the new house is going to be. In any case it would be a question of seeing how the mobile home will be, geometry and unevenness of the plot, setbacks, buildability, etc. It would have to be studied in detail.
