Can I open the windows while the screed is drying?

We received our cement screed over 5 weeks ago. We have been diligently drying our house for almost 2.5 weeks now. The heating curve is already dropping again. Unfortunately, we can't get the humidity under control. We are still at 95%.

Now I wanted to ask how feasible it is to leave 2 opposite windows tilted on each floor. Does it make sense or is it more of a disadvantage?
