Can I open the windows while the screed is drying?
We received our cement screed over 5 weeks ago. We have been diligently drying our house for almost 2.5 weeks now. The heating curve is already dropping again. Unfortunately, we can't get the humidity under control. We are still at 95%.
Now I wanted to ask how feasible it is to leave 2 opposite windows tilted on each floor. Does it make sense or is it more of a disadvantage?

I would keep the windows closed and install a dehumidifier.
Either borrow one from a drying technology company or a construction equipment rental company. Anything else will not lead to the desired results.
The cement screed should reach equilibrium moisture after 5 weeks. This will cause a significant amount of water to accumulate in your home, which will cause the insulation to shine through, such as in the ceiling/roof structure if it is already installed. It should dry as quickly as possible.
You need to install 2-3 condensate dryers, run them for a few days and empty them daily until a maximum relative humidity of 55%-60% is reached.
Tilting the windows is not enough; the amount of precipitation must also be taken into account. Last year, a construction site had wet drywall damage this way because the windows on the weather side, which were tilted by the builder, received a lot of rain overnight.
Constantly tilting windows are not conducive to good air exchange, and there are drafts in open areas.
Now I would use a KWL – with appropriate filters in the front and low velocity.
