Wet or dry glazing for wood/aluminum windows?

We would like to install wood/aluminum windows for our new building and have solicited several bids and looked at the windows. In the process, we noticed that some vendors do dry glazing and others do wet glazing.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods? Which is better?
