How can I protect my gutter from leaves?

The roofing work is coming up soon, and I still want to use scaffolding to install leaf guards in the gutters. They are probably coming in late next week, next week at the latest, and the carpenter told me it is a 6-piece gutter.

Now I found out that the nominal size is 333mm (which means nothing to me) and the diameter is 153mm.

It is important for me to know what kind of leaf protection I can use. What is meant by the nominal sizes of 80mm, 100mm, and 125mm?
