We installed Velux triple-glazed skylights a few years ago. Electrically insulated with an electric exterior roller without slots. On the inside you can use modules for an interior roller blind. We also have some of them.
Even with the blinds closed, the sound is no louder than on tile. The loudest is the metal sheets. Of course, hail is louder than rain.
We have a total of 7 skylights on different sides and floors. So there is good draft for ventilation.
We especially like the fact that you can leave the windows open when you leave the house, and the sensor automatically closes them when it rains.
