This is the answer to the question Is it worth replacing folding doors with conventional door leaves?

You can ask the door manufacturer about it, maybe it works, and they still have the right color door leaf in their selection; or the carpenter can still swap it out. Is this a standard measure? I'm not familiar with folding doors, and you can't see the hinges in the photo (do these doors have normal door leaf hinges?) But I would approach it that way. Tearing out the frames only makes sense if the above options don't work or you don't like the color anyway.

If those doors are really new and quality, I'd rather leave them there. New neat doors are expensive.
