I would like to know the stability of a terrace built on top of a garage. The garage is attached to another garage and also has a terrace.
I would like to know how many people can sit on it at one time during a family meal. It is not designed to accommodate a swimming pool or spa.
The dimensions of the inside of the garage are 365x550x250 (height). The dimensions of the patio are 400x600.
