What is the stability of a terrace built on top of a garage?
I would like to know the stability of a terrace built on top of a garage. The garage is attached to another garage and also has a terrace.
I would like to know how many people can sit on it at one time during a family meal. It is not designed to accommodate a swimming pool or spa.
The dimensions of the inside of the garage are 365x550x250 (height). The dimensions of the patio are 400x600.

It would be interesting to know what type of construction was used to build the terrace. At first glance, I would say there is no problem, but since this is a private home, it would be a good idea to get a technician in your area to take a look. Visiting a technician is not a bad investment when it comes to health and prevention.
If it has a concrete beam floor with concrete vaults, I would try not to load more than 250kg per m2 as we don't know what the column construction is. If you have any more information, please share...
