When we moved in, we noticed that the screed in one room was very sloped, with a wall-to-wall difference of about 7-8 cm. What should I do about it?

If it is an additional 7-8 cm, remove it and put a thin layer of screed.

If it is 7-8 cm short, the screed must be reinforced up to this height.
