VEKA/Rehau/IVAPER – which to choose?

Please advise what is preferable to choose and on what grounds:

1. the window opening 1400x1600mm. Two equal sections, one tilt-turn.

2. Profile thickness from 70 mm.

3. Insulating glass pane thickness: 32mm or 40mm? Does it make sense?

For now the choice is between VEKA/Rehau/IVAPER.
