How to remove condensation?

I have a window and an aluminum door that face the balcony overlooking the street, they are new and double glazed.

The problem is that on the harshest winter days, condensation forms on the interior aluminum frames. The front wall is 50 years old, made of 20 cm solid wood with no insulation.

Would it help to cover the frames with pvc or insulated aluminum to prevent condensation?
