How to remove condensation?

I have a window and an aluminum door that face the balcony overlooking the street, they are new and double glazed.

The problem is that on the harshest winter days, condensation forms on the interior aluminum frames. The front wall is 50 years old, made of 20 cm solid wood with no insulation.

Would it help to cover the frames with pvc or insulated aluminum to prevent condensation?

If you have no insulation on the facade, the new windows you installed do not do much good, the condensation forms in the coldest part, in the aluminum.

The solution you mentioned won't do any good, it will transfer the condensation to the wall, you have to insulate everything, the facade and the windows.

Thanks for the advice, would it help to replace the window and put in a thermal break window?

It will not help, it will displace the condensation on the uninsulated side soffits, on the inside of the facades.
