Will the color of the putty areas of the wood floor even out?

The wooden floor was badly damaged, and many dents had appeared. The floor was made of pine wood and coated with tikkurila unica. It was very badly sanded. Only the damaged areas were sanded down to bare wood. The defects were puttied and sanded. But the floor is burnt out and there are white spots where the wood was sanded down. Question: will the color even out as the stains fade? Or do I have to remove all the paint?

A scraping machine will help you. Sanding will take a very long time. The spots won't go away by themselves.

It is necessary to take everything off, otherwise it will remain stained.
