I have to get involved in the plastering process myself. Completely confused by the information on the Internet. What kind of mesh to choose for plastering?

Galvanized can be flat-welded (a real evil for plaster) or volumetrically woven (mesh-fence for a layer of more than 30 mm on the basis of cement).

For gypsum plasters, galvanizing mesh is not applicable in any form due to corrosion.

Plastic mesh is completely useless (it stretches a lot).

There is a glass-fiber (used for facades). It must be used in certain conditions.

I have gypsum plaster. I want to do it reliably. It seems to me (probably wrongly) that using a mesh will be more reliable. Will fiberglass mesh hold up better? What are its special features and under what certain conditions is it used?

No. You're wrong. It is more reliable to plaster on a stable substrate and without ANY mesh. You don't need mesh for gypsum plaster.
