What to do if the wind blows through a wall made of expanded clay block?

Newly built house. Exterior walls of expanded clay masonry. Inside decoration is not. Outside insulation and ventilated facade. Insulation 2x10, with overlaps.

Today there is a terrible wind outside and I found the blocks blowing through, which have increased porosity due to the coarse expanded clay.

From the outside, there is nothing I can fix anymore. What to do from the inside? I'm afraid that if I just plaster, the wind, of course, will not blow, but the wall will be damp...

Change the exterior insulation and install a windproof membrane.

I insulated the outside of the pps 15 cm thick, mineral wool inside, on top of it gypsum board.

Very pleased, there are no complaints, now for sure nothing blows through. Recommend to do the same! Even to put thicker layer of pps.

When the walls are plastered inside, the blowing will stop. But just in case, invite a person with a thermal imaging camera. Maybe there are places of local destruction of the block or unfilled joints.
