I have a plot of land with landslide hazard, the land is ten meters from the road, it is not feasible to build a retaining wall, the plot is 200m and they are asking for 600m of micropiles, we are desperate, don't know what to do, can anyone tell me if there is another cheaper option than micropiles?

If a geotechnical study was done to get 10 m data and the only solution is micro-piles, and you don't want to spend the money, there is no other option but to sell the land.

There is no architect who will take the responsibility of doing something that does not ensure your safety.

I totally agree, when the base is that deep, there is no other option (at least I don't know it, other than the micro-pile.)
