I want to know what masonry material, brick, thermo clay, concrete block, etc. you would advise me to build a very simple, very economical house, about 60 m2, in the village. Or what is the most economical and fastest way in general for such construction.

You need to look at the construction area of the place to comply with building regulations, to comply with the insulation, to understand what zone is the site, and then you can make recommendations...

It depends on many factors. But of course, I would discard the concrete block, as it is very porous, allows a lot of moisture, cold, heat, noise, in general in passing everything.

But since you are asking what materials are needed, the answer will give the architect, who will do the project of the house, as he must have it to make it.
