What could be the consequences of forgetting to primer the floor before applying putty?

Throughout the house, self-leveling floors were poured on the bare concrete floor. The floor was previously cleaned and vacuumed to remove any major irregularities. The floor was poured, with a minimum thickness of 5 millimeters.

But. They forgot to prime the subfloor. And sentences such as "If the floor is not primed, there may be serious problems with operation in the future" on specialized websites are now very confusing.

The question is: how serious is it? Is it critical that the floor was poured without a primer? What can happen?

The primer is not needed to improve adhesion, but to prevent water from seeping too quickly from the poured floor into the concrete. If no cracks appear in the first two days, there are generally no further problems.
