How to arrange a screed for underfloor heating on wooden beams?

Please advise on the device screed on wooden beams. What is the optimal order of layers?

Wooden beams.

Plywood 18 mm.

Waterproofing foil.

If there is no insulation between beams lay EPS 150mm. In case you already have some insulation take EPS 50 mm

Underfloor heating pipe.

Semi-dry screed 60 mm.
