With the impending move, I have had thoughts about storing 2 sets of car tires (8 total). How have you guys solved this problem? I would give preference to wall storage. It's a reinforced concrete garage. Is it possible to do this?

How thick is the wall?

If hanging on the wall, pre-"hang" thick cardboard -> protects the white wall.

I just used a tire rack, everything fits on it and you don't have to worry about mounting or black walls.

There is also something similar for car tires as there is for gardening supplies.

There are support rails attached to the top of the garage that the tire hooks cling to (in our case, the attachment points were already there).

There are mounting systems that are attached to the wall with dowels. Ask the garage manufacturer how deep you are allowed to drill.

Better yet, order the frame to be made exactly to size. At the same time, hot-dip galvanize it. Then you will have it forever.

Put the tires on the floor and take measurements. Draw it and take it to a specialist.

Just put them on top of each other.

The maximum allowable size is 3 cm, with a stop of the drilling depth and a blow slowly drilled 4 holes. Result: two chips on the outside, very unattractive.

Do it on the side where you don't have to worry about those craters on the outside wall every time. And use metal expansion plugs.
