How to glue a small sign to a polished facade tile, assuming porcelain stoneware.

Tried double-sided tape, thin and thick. They just fly off without sticking. So I think that 3M is not much help, if the simple does not even stick. Tried moment glue, does not hold. There is still an option with liquid nails, but it is also questionable. After all, there must be an absorbent surface. Well, and the most extreme option – to drill. But this is not it. All who have seen the plates, they can not see the bolts, and therefore glued.

Polymer adhesive sealant will solve problems, but needs to be fixed for the curing time.
