Does anyone have experience with the installation of an electric window opener?

The window is located a bit higher, so wife can not get to open and would like to open / fold this electrically. How is it here with the security / burglary protection? RC 2 windows are installed.

The burglary, as well as insurance protection is gone when the skylight is tilted.
