What order of operations to choose? Please advise on the correct sequence of work. The house is 2-storey, ceramic blocks, planned to insulate 100mm mineral wool, then a wet facade.

1. The adjunction of the terrace to the wall of the house, rafter system, roof terrace, then insulation.

Or

2. First insulate the house, finish the facade, and only then build the terrace.

If you are still in the construction phase, of course it makes more sense to finish the structural part, and then do the finishing.
