What membrane should be installed in the floor before installing the insulation? And what kind of vapor barrier should be placed on the insulation?

If you are interested in a cheap and good option, then: from the bottom Isospan A on tacker brackets + harness also to the tacker – any roll insulation (Isover, Ursa, Knauf, etc.) – top on liquid nails OSB 22 (or plywood 21 mm).

It would be better if you do not put a membrane in the floor, but underlay the floor with a normal film. If there is a leak, the membrane is not good at leaking water in the liquid state.
