I need to seal the seam between the acrylic bathtub and tile, is now silicone sealant, but went black fungus, I want to remove and the seam put either epoxy grout (as an option can fill the epoxy resin, just so the water did not flow there), or choose a sanitary sealant. What do you advise?

If I were you, I'd go with sanitary sealant.
