My friend and I would like to purchase a solid wood kitchen made of beech, wild beech or oak. However, we are not sure which flooring to choose for an outdoor kitchen. Perhaps parquet flooring combined with a solid wood kitchen is too much wood?

If we don't want to use hardwood flooring, what do you recommend?

Depends on the house and lifestyle. Wood flooring with a wood kitchen can look good if the wood species match. However, it's a little tricky. And beech is a wood that goes with almost nothing.

I think that yes, it would be overkill with wood. Use tile on the floor better.
