Is the film on a sliding door defective or not?

We have installed glass lift-sliding doors that look white on the inside and anthracite on the outside. Now we have the next problem. When I stand outside and open the sliding door, the vertical frame of the door is white, not anthracite like the other three profiles. My window installer says this is normal. Although to me it's clearly outside and not considered inside. I think he doesn't want to remove the door because it's too much work for him.

What do your sliding doors look like?

In our case, only the parts that are visible when the door is closed are foiled. Same with yours, if I understand correctly.
