How to fix situation when the outer sill overhang is different on different windows?
I have an external sill overhang set in different ways: some 10cm, 5cm or 4cm. The window sills are made of aluminum.
The manager of the site considers it normal. In the same way you can only align the inner window sill.

In the 1-2cm range I would understand it but in 5 or 10 cm is already botched. What is wrong here? Window installed incorrectly?
Is the wall construction the same everywhere and the window installed in the same plane everywhere? If 2x yes, then total nonsense! I see rather leeway in the mm range (with aluminum window sills matching the system)
Aluminum exterior window sills can be ordered and installed for each individual window to the desired depth and width – thus the failure was due to inadequate implementation planning.
