We have an item in our estimate called "Elastic Grout" with an approximate cost of $800.
What are those joints? I'd like to understand what I'm paying for.

Silicone grout at the transition from floors to their eaves or from ceilings to walls on the top floor.

These could be bathrooms as well as door frames. Possibly also on stairs.
