Can you tell me what grout to use for this type of stone in a shower room on the floor?

The main problem is a wide joint grout. Most grouts, including epoxy grouts, are described as suitable for joints up to 1 cm.

With epoxy grout, you can grout joints of any width, even 5 cm. For cement mortar I recommend Mapei Color Plus.

For wider joints of 5 to 20 mm I recommend Ceresit CE 43 Super Strong.
