Would a 5 m long sectional garage door with a clearance of 4.75 m fit in a 5.39 m garage opening?

We have a garage built of brick with the following dimensions:

Exterior: Width: 6 m. Length: 9 m

Interior: Width: 5.39 m. Length: 8,325 m

A 5x2.25 sectional door is much cheaper than a 4.75x2.25 door. Since I seem to have enough space inside, I was wondering if I should just get a 5m wide gate. Is there anything against that from your perspective?

No, I've done that too. It works just fine.

It should work, but you should probably check with the manufacturer.
