I want to lay this floor in the garage, because it is practical, durable, does not absorb water and does not create dust. But what it is made of and what it is covered with, I do not know. Who can tell me?

Concrete. With subsequent grinding. Large "pebbles" are remnants of the wall lining. The small ones are the granite that is present in the mixture.
