While I was waiting for an answer, I managed to find the information I was interested in. The overlap of reinforcement when creating reinforcement cages must be at least 32 diameters of reinforcing bars.

This situation is encountered everywhere when it is necessary to create a reinforcement cage of rods of less length than it is necessary for the structure. And just in case, I also want to note the point that the reinforcement is not welded and the protective layer covering the reinforcement must be at least 30 mm.
