My patio stones (red clinker) are almost 20 years old and have developed quite a few fungus and lichen stains. I have treated them with Kärcher, but it has done almost nothing. How can I get rid of this ugly "patina"?

There are so-called green film removers that can be used to remove organic film/dirt, try it.

I've tried a few things. Baking soda, vinegar solution, etc. But not too successful. Now I have a tip for a green film remover. I bought one of the 5-liter canisters of special organic plaque remover, applied it with a brush and left it for 2 days. Wonderfully, it disappeared.
