I'm building a door to the basement. The cutout for this in the masonry is very narrow. I had to shorten the bottom frame by a few mm. Now the frame is inside, but there is only 3 mm to the wall. How do I get the foam in there? The nose doesn't fit in there.

Does anyone have any tips?

Well, just enlarge the opening or try using epdm sealing tape.
