How to fix the partition walls made of GGP in the bends?

Enclosed partition plan. I plan to do it with gypsum particleboard 100 mm thick.

Please advise whether it is necessary to strengthen the wall vertical studs in places of inflection, or enough mounting to the walls, ceiling and floor? How better and more reliable to do it?

 I would recommend reinforcing the structure with rebar, placing it horizontally and bent at an angle equal to the angle of the partition.
