Can I paint the "transition" on the facade?

The facade was plastered with silicone barker tinted plaster. There formed a transition. The question is whether it is possible to paint this transition? If so, do I also need silicone paint?

"Transition" in color or in texture? If in color, then painting will solve the problem. If in texture, just put up with the visual flaw.

If you want a perfect surface, then only a finish coat will not do (a finish coat is not a "leveling coat" and does not correct substrate defects).
