Both porches are open. The plaster is six years old. The cracks appeared in the third year. Please advise how to properly repair it.

Cut the joint from the base, fill with polyurethane sealant. Cover the brick with waterproofing, plaster. This measure is enough for 5-6 years.

In my opinion, you need to tear everything down and put it again. Brick pulls moisture in itself, and in winter because of frost everything cracks.
